- 10am–4pm: Race Registration open in BYC Yardarm. All racers must check-in.
- 10am–4pm: Hospitality Desk open in Clubhouse Main Lounge (purchase additional wristbands here).
- 5pm–6:30pm: Commodore’s Reception, Boston Yacht Club Trophy Room, advanced invitation required.
- 6pm–11pm: MHOR Racer’s Soirée at The Beacon, 123 Pleasant St., Marblehead. Band begins at 8pm. Everyone welcome!
Friday, July 4
- 8am–5pm: Race Registration open in BYC Yardarm.
- 8am–5pm: Hospitality Desk open in BYC Yardarm (purchase additional wristbands here).
- 6pm–8pm: Buffet dinner for all race participants (wristband event) under the tent. Additional guest tickets are available at the hospitality desk.
- 9pm (approx.): Town of Marblehead Harbor Illumination and Fireworks display (https://marbleheadfire.works). Check website for optimal viewing locations.
BYC Members can enjoy exclusive access to the BYC Gazebo Grille on July 4. The BYC Gazebo Bar welcomes everyone (21+) and will be serving until 10 PM.
Saturday, July 5
- 7:30–9:30am: Continental breakfast, BYC Main Clubhouse, First floor (wristband event).
- 8am–4pm: Race Registration open in BYC Yardarm.
- 8am–4pm: Hospitality Desk open in Clubhouse Main Lounge.
- 11:30am: Skipper’s Meeting in BYC Tent.
- 12–2pm: Regular lunch service available in clubhouse. Reservations highly encouraged.
- 5pm–6:30pm: Race Officers’ Reception by advanced invitation.
- 6:30–7:30pm: Goslings Rum and East Regiment Beer Co. tastings under the tent (Wristband event, 21+, bring ID).
- 6:30–8:30pm: Buffet dinner for all race participants under the tent. Additional guest tickets available at the hospitality desk. (Wristband event)
- 7pm–10pm: Music & party under the tent with The Hot Tub Piranhas (Wristband event).
- 5–8pm: Gazebo Grille & Bar open.

- 8am–11am: Breakfast at the Clubhouse
- 8am–2pm: Tartan Coffee – Mobile Espresso Bar near the Spar Loft (Serving organic locally roasted coffee and delicious fresh baked treats)
- 11am–2pm: Lunch at the Clubhouse
- 12:30pm–3pm: Massages near the Clubhouse Pool (Complimentary massages provided by the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy)
- 4pm–6pm: Taste of the Maritimes on the Clubhouse Patio & Lawn – Complimentary tasting of authentic Maritime food and drinks, plus a jam session for sailors, guests, and members
- 6pm–8pm: Dinner Buffet at the Clubhouse Patio
- 6pm–10pm: Nova Scotia Kitchen Party on the Clubhouse Patio & Lawn – Step into a true East Coast celebration with Merimac on stage, music, dancing, and Maritime hospitality under the stars

- 5pm–6:30pm: Prize Giving Ceremony at the Saraguay – Celebrate the camaraderie and achievement of racing 363 nautical miles from BYC to RNSYS
- 6:30pm–9pm: Wrap Party and BBQ at the Saraguay – Good vibes, great music, and a sizzling BBQ to toast the race and the memories made
