1. Canadian vessels Entering the United States

        1.1    Current passport for all persons onboard

1.2    Visas for all persons onboard except citizens of US, Canada and Bermuda.

        1.3    US Customs Crew List – Form I-418

        1.4    US Customs Vessel Entrance Clearance – Form 1300

                        Foreign Vessel Entrance Fee is $19.00 (cash or check)

        1.5    Current vessel documentation

2. US Vessels departing for Canada

        2.1    Current US Customs User Fee Decal – Form 339V Fee $27.50

·        Needed to re-enter the US

·        Purchase on-line at www.cbp.gov

·        Recommend obtaining this before departure

3. US vessels returning to the US
